Most useful answers are buried inside documents you already have: which contract covers this site, what the agreed payment term was, whether last week's delivery matched the order. Finding them used to mean digging through folders, emails, and PDFs. Now you just ask.
The Streckenheld AI assistant is a chat interface trained on your workspace. It reads your contracts, catalogs, orders, deliveries, and invoices, and answers in plain German, English, or Italian — directly in the web app, on WhatsApp, or by email.

How it works
- Open the chat in the web app, send a WhatsApp message to the Streckenheld number, or email ki@streckenheld.com.
- Ask a question in plain language: "What's the agreed price for cement at site Munich-North?"
- The assistant searches your contracts, catalogs, orders, and documents for the answer.
- You get a grounded answer with links back to the source documents whenever possible.
- Follow up in the same thread — the assistant remembers context across the conversation.
Asking by email
The assistant has its own mailbox. Write to ki@streckenheld.com (or ai@streckenheld.com) from the address you were invited with, and you get the same assistant as the web app and WhatsApp — the same tools, the same access to your workspace — as a reply in your inbox, with your original message quoted underneath.
- Attachments are filed, not just read. Anything you attach runs through the same pipeline as an upload on the documents page, so forwarding a supplier invoice both files it and lets you ask about it in the same message.
- Address one company directly by writing to
ki+{slug}@streckenheld.com, using the same slug as your document inbox. The plain address works too and searches every company you belong to. - Only recognized senders get a reply. Your address has to match a team member's. Write to the plain address from an unknown one and you get a short pointer on how to get started; write to a company's slug address and nothing comes back at all, so the alias never reveals that the company exists.
Because it is just email, this works from any device and any client — and it fits the habit your team already has: forward the thing, ask the question.
